1. Service Description

Croatia Property Intelligence™ provides AI-assisted property due diligence reports for foreign buyers considering purchasing real estate in Croatia. Our reports aggregate publicly available information, apply AI analysis, and flag potential risks and questions for further investigation.

Our reports are intelligence tools, not legal opinions. They do not substitute for professional legal, structural, or financial advice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a report request or using any CPI service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

3. No Legal Advice

Nothing in our reports, tools, or communications constitutes legal advice. CPI is not a licensed legal practice. Our analysis is for informational purposes only. You must engage your own qualified Croatian lawyer for legal advice regarding any property transaction.

4. Report Accuracy & Limitations

Our reports are generated using AI models and publicly available data. We make no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Property data, legal statuses, and planning regulations change frequently. Always verify findings independently through official Croatian registries and professional advisers.

CPI cannot access live land registry data, court records, or unpublished planning decisions. Our reports identify areas of risk and questions to investigate — not definitive answers.

5. Physical Inspections

Where a physical inspection is booked through CPI, our inspectors are independent contractors who will conduct a visual site assessment only. Inspection reports are factual observations and do not constitute structural surveys, valuations, or legal assessments. CPI accepts no liability for defects not visible during the inspection visit.

6. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a report you agree to the following:

• Report generation begins immediately upon payment. Reports are non-refundable once generation has started.
• If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, we will either regenerate it or issue a full refund at your discretion.
• Annual monitoring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; no refund for the current billing period.
• Physical inspection bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPI's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses including loss of profit, loss of a property purchase opportunity, or property value changes.

8. Intellectual Property

Reports generated are for your personal use only. You may not resell, republish, or distribute report content commercially without prior written consent from CPI.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Croatian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
